Electroplated diamond polishing pads are mainly used on hand held polishers for polishing of granite, marble, silestone, dekton, concrete, terrazzo, tiles and other stone and construction materials. Widely used for surface polishing such as countertop polishing and restoration, stairs polishing, floor edge and corner polishing, swimming pool polishing, tile edge trimming as well as any small area polishing where a hand held polisher can reach.

Unlike traditional polishing pads which diamond grains are randomly distributed throughout a matrix of resin or metal, electroplated polishing pads have 100% diamond exposure. So instead of only partial of the diamonds are working in a resin or metal bond polishing pad, electroplated polishing pads have 100% of the diamonds working from start to finish.

• The pads have aggressive stock removal rate, ideal for surface grinding and polishing.
• The pads' diamond surface is less likely to peel off which ensures smooth polishing as well as long lasting.

Comes with velcro back, different velcro color for different grit.
Electroplated working surface can be in square, hexagon and dot pattern.

2.Can be used on orbital sanders, angle grinders or robot sanding machines for sanding and polishing of carbon fiber components such as rear spoiler for cars, bicycle frame, tennis rackets, etc. To remove burrs or grind to get the surface ready for painting, etc. Hook and loop velcro system for quick change of sanding discs.

3.Widely used on architectural glass, household glass, auto glass, solar glass, etc. for edge sanding, scratches removal, etc. Mainly used on hand held grinders or orbital sanders. Dense dot surface pattern design is extremely abrasion resistant, ideal for glass sanding.

4.Mainly used on rotary table polishing machines for smoothing the foot ring or trimming and removing imperfections of ceramic tablewares such as cups, plates, bowls, etc. Those large diamond discs are available in the size of 8inch to 24inch and are usually backed with rubberized magnet for quick mounting to lap grinders.
